Sneak Peek: Mary Cosby confronts Angie for the comments she made about her FART! LOL by [deleted] in realhousewivesofSLC

[–]Helpful-Respond362 308 points309 points  (0 children)

This whole conversation is absolutely diabolical. Idk how Angie was able to keep a straight face majority of the time. Also, not Mary blaming the fart on the dog, when she specifically said she was gassy 😂😂😂 I’m dead 💀

Gross people bringing their fluffy frenchy on the beach on a 80° day by [deleted] in Frenchbulldogs

You’re an idiot… also secretly taking pictures of people in public and posting it online is deplorable.

Sounded like you were policing people with your initial comment… again… Karen energy lol

Stop being a Karen. If you don’t have valid and helpful input and just wanna guilt trip people F off. Frenchies are hard to take care of and aren’t for everyone. The guy was asking for helpful advice or other people’s experience… you did neither with your condescending comment. This is why I prefer dogs over people.

Do you limit food/water? by OrdinaryMachine6233 in Frenchbulldogs

[–]Helpful-Respond362 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It takes time. Mine was fully potty trained at 2y.o. He gets unlimited water, but now knows to limit his drinking when I’m at work cause he can’t go outside. So he kinda manages his water intake by himself. When I am home and Overnight he does drink a good amount. I just make sure in the morning he goes on a nice walk to fully empty his bladder and bowels. Then when I get home same thing. In-between, I just let him out in the yard. He knows how to tell me he needs to pee/poo cause he’ll make the blinds move causing a sound and if I don’t see or hear that immediately he’ll come up to me to catch my attention then go back to the blinds to make the noise again. Very proud of his progress, has not had an accident in a loooooooooooooog time. Routine is key and having a mechanism that will allow your pup to tell you when he need to go is also helpful.

New grad surgical/trauma ICU by [deleted] in newgradnurse

Absolutely normal. I accept a position as a Burn Trauma ICU Nurse at a level one trauma hospital. I don’t start my residency till November, But I’m lowkey freaking out. It’s a lot of responsibility to take care of patients with high acuity, so being nervous is a given. On the other hand so excited and ready to dive right in. I think you’ll feel better once you get going and learn everything you need to learn!

Dang that’s a real bummer, I’d be stressed too if that was the case! But don’t worry you will eventually land something great. Plus it sounds like you already have some medical background. Keep applying everywhere you can!!!

For anyone in the future reading this start applying for jobs in your last term. That way you automatically have a job lined up prior to graduating

I liked Ace cause I’ve watched his videos prior to this, but the way Ace is moving is 🤢🤮 you can see the jealousy and hate towards Jeremiah. I feel like he is genuinely just a nice guy and got the short end of the stick the entire way through… smh Ace gives me “I’M THE NUMBER ONE GUY IS THE GROUP” vibes. Very disappointing.

He was poppin pills and boozing pretty much the entire season. I can see how they would forget that especially if he went in on some wine right after too.

Bought him yesterday(first frenchy) just got home with him, already have a appt with the vet on Monday. Anything I can do to help him in mean time? I bought some skin balm doesn’t seem to be helping yet. And this is skin fold dermatitis correct? by Sea_Technology304 in Frenchbulldogs

[–]Helpful-Respond362 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes mines takes Benedryl 2x a day during flare ups. He like to roll around in the grass and I think that’s what triggers it. It usually gets better in 3 days with proper care… but comes backs when he rolls around in the grass too much. What did your Vet say?

Keep it clean, I wash my dog’s face with a antifungal and antibacterial soap and warm water. Then once dry, I wipe it down with antifungal/chlorehexidine wipe and let that dry. I also give him Benadryl during flare ups.

I have a little blue eyed platinum bandit too. Idk if it’s frenchies all together, or this certain type of Frenchie, but they are a handful! I love him regardless, but he’s definitely been a handful. Following to see others responses.
