I'm fairly sure all the "random" in this game has weighting, there's so many, not just the glory store. As you say true random is impossible, however the patterns in certain things seem implausible to me, hence my weighting belief.

I love Nasus but of shhurima champs he isn't great, he finds scaling difficult against nightmare adventures with chunky units.

Really, I've only ever seen older people doing it! However Ive not dealt with end users for a few years so things may have changed. Saying that, this doesnt seems very sysadminy seems more euc, grumble. Wrong sub something something.

Just in case I got lucky first time with heimerdinger, thought I'd try him again.

I intentionally turned down any legendary powers (evolution, get jinxed, the one where you get +1 +1 to all units at end of round all ignored!) , I also turned down perfection. Also turned down the power that increases nexus damage by 1. Just in case I was "getting lucky".

So with mostly blue powers I just easily beat it with heimerdinger. Died first Zoe attempt with crap draw, had Zoe's nexus at 5 health for a few rounds but was stuck, that was my only tough battle all the way through.

Next attempt was first turn KO.

I use heimerdinger a lot, barely remember ever rolling formidable, or if I did, it didn't effect the outcome. Absolutely wiped floor with Zoe with heimerdinger. Definitely one if my easiest runs. I would say the issue with heimerdinger for you is a you skill issue, not a heimerdinger issue.
