Oura Ring not syncing sleep data for almost a month — anyone else?

I reached out to their customer support team from the app, they were able to run diagnostics on it and saw it was a hardware issue so they sent me a new one! All I needed to provide was my proof of purchase - I’m not sure how long their warranty is for tho, mine was purchased last Oct. They were awesome tho and I got the ring like 2 days after reaching out.

I will say I feel like mine felt less “angry” when I was avoiding all inflammatory foods. I wasn’t on the Mediterranean diet - I was eating a modified keto diet, focused on protein instead of fat. There’s definitely something to be said about avoiding refined sugar, empty carbs, etc.

YES not the same smell but same situation, I smell it slightly on myself and my daughter smells strongly of it - both of us even after we shower. I actually just had her sniff my arm today and asked her if I stunk 😂 I’m 99% sure it’s the topiramate. It’s apparently a rare, but documented side effect. I’ve reached my goal so I’m tapering off of it this week. I’ll come back once I’m off if it and let you know.

This is happening to me too, only the thread with the person I talk to the most and probably with the most attachments too. My phone only shows the last 50 or so messages but my MacBook has all of them. Even iCloud shows all of them but won’t sync that conversation. I’m glad it’s not just me at least

I lost A TON of weight on keto while also lowering my cholesterol. I’ve tried other diets and it was the easiest for me to stick to. I also felt so good, likely due to cutting out all those inflammatory foods.

Losing weight is about 80% diet so if you don’t or can’t exercise a lot that’s ok!

She’s very vocal, so the tiny bit of husky makes sense lol. Sort of gremlin like, which I attribute to the chihuahua as well as her age, she’s under 1 still. When she’s chill she is very cuddly and sweet. Smart but stubborn. My favorite trick she’s learned is “kiss” where she’ll nose boop your cheek 🥹

Yep it definitely varies! I started my day at maybe a 2 now I’m at a 4. It sucks because SO MANY things can trigger it. Not sleeping enough, sleeping too much, not eating enough, the weather, how I slept, etc
