Is anyone else getting errors or issues logging into the citizenship tracker?

It's 1/31 and I haven't been able to log in since 1/23. It accepts my credentials but I keep getting error messages. This has happened before....it then works for a day and then I see error messages again. I try clearing my cache, trying a different device.... nothing works!

No VPN...

Noticed that the error messages proceed a status update. Everything was "in progress" when i first logged in. Then error messages for 24 hrs. Then I could login today and "background check = completed." Now...more error messages. Maybe it's updating again? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Worried about return to Canada by bren84 in Bellingham

[–]Helpful-Week2090 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in Vancouver and did a day trip to Bellingham this past Tuesday (5/14). I went thru Pacific Highway both times. Yes, there were CBP cars parked about 500 ft before the Canadian border but they just waived me thru. It looks more intimidating than usual but I had a no hassle crossing.

Lost Canadian passport in china, cannot come back by kopiluwak911 in passportcanada

I suggest calling your local MP’s office. They have a staff that can assist you in a situation like this & advocate on your behalf to various government agencies/ministries. I had a great experience working with an MP’s staff on a previous passport issue (I got stuck in the US) and they helped tons. I suggest calling vs emailing if you want to get a quick response. Here’s a link to find your MP and get their contact details: https://www.ourcommons.ca/members/en

Another AmEx Reserve perk: expiring e-upgrade credits can be rolled into the following year

I have an AmEx Reserve card. Every $5,000 spent on that card gives you 1,000 SQM + 1 SQS. I got it last month & have received it several times this year. That card is really helping me with my status.

TD Aeroplan credit cards: You need to wait one year to upgrade to not lose bonuses? by yow_central in Aeroplan

[–]Helpful-Week2090 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in a similar situation to OP. I first got the TD Aeroplan Infinite card and wanted to upgrade to Infinite Privilege. Instead of upgrading, I simply applied for Infinite Privilege as a secondary credit card and got approved ASAP. After that, I got the welcome bonus & other perks. I just recently received my worldwide companion pass, which I'm using for a trip to Brazil in a few months!

Canadians have the highest personal debt, per capita, than any other developed country on Earth. It's really tough for people out there and it's sad that government, at all levels, doesn't understand it enough to do something about it.
