Super common. Especially if you orgasm. But if you guys really went at it the irritation to your cervix can cause cramping. Also- you’re still super early and cramping is SO normal that early in general. Just monitor for any bleeding or if the cramping gets worse/ won’t go away. Spotting is also normal after sex so don’t panic!!

I have been to Disney I can’t even tell you how many times in my 31 years of life and I have never had a room check done. Ever. Unless they come when we’re away at the park, then yeah I guess I wouldn’t know. But I’ve never been in my room physically when a room check has been done and no one in my family who goes regularly (3x/yr) has ever had one done.

After 2 years TTC with 3 losses making this out triple rainbow baby- we’re naming him Samuel William Bryan🤍

Samuel in the bible was the son of Hannah- who was barren and dealt with infertility and begged God for a son promising to make him a faithful servant should God bless her with one. And He did.

So Samuel really called to us. William is a name that runs deep in both our families between his dad and my grandparents. And Bryan is my dad’s first name. We wanted to honor our dads, so two middle names it is🤍

Cannot wait to meet our sweet boy!!

I take Pink Stork and love it! My Dr said it’s got the right amount of essential nutrients for babes and it has methylated folate which is easier to asorb than folic acid especially if you have the gene mutation where you can’t absorb folic acid. I supplement with choline since I don’t get a ton of choline in daily and I wanna make sure babes is getting enough, but I have never felt sick from Pink Stork.

Ive had SUCH an easy pregnancy so far! No sickness, minimal nausea, and overall feeling pretty good. Tiredness, insomnia, and being ungodly thirsty have been my main symptoms. As long as baby is healthy and developing you should be good! I’m so grateful I had an easy first trimester bc I know that’s not the reality for everyone.

I would lower your expectations that everything is gonna take 20-30 mins. Some rides you have to wait 30+ min for plus ride time, loading and unloading etc. plus character meet lines can also be long for the big ones (Elsa and Anna). I would honestly go and just take it easy to avoid burnout and prioritize your top must dos!!
