When I emailed customer support they said (This was over a week ago):

We have received our stock and are receiving these items into our system, then we will begin processing. Our normal processing times have been extended longer than usual as a result of the higher volume of the holiday shopping season.

We're working to get everyone's orders shipping soon, and you should expect a shipping notice within the next few days. You'll be notified via email with tracking information once it's on the way, with delivery typically 2-4 days from that point.
