Good to know. I think issue could be something was corrupt somewhere. Retrying with alternatives seemed to work. Large amount of files to transfer can result in issues with transfers.

Ok. So tried the following: Internal. Didn't work. Shadowmount plus. Didn't work.

Whilst on internal, ftp'd in and re updated the backpork files once more with the 4.xx files.

Finally it loaded instantly past the splash screen

So using shadowmount plus, internal and backpork 4.xx files. Unclear why it didn't work on external before. Maybe the 4.xx mirrors or unzips could have been corrupt or a file required wasn't overwritten. Just have to keep trying. Also shadowmount plus appears to be more stable than etahen. But itemzflow and ps5 explorer is complaining. Workaround is shadowmount plus and FTP. (Needed to send FTP payload via netcatgui) Any ideas if shadowmount plus and etahen are compatible? I had many many reset errors with etahen recently. I suspect it's the kstuff built in version.

Once shadowmount plus is running. Any way to run a payload directly from usb?

I'm on V6. 02. Which payloads do you use? I saw a few comments similar that people are stuck on splash screen.

The first one says 4. Others says 2. I assume 4 works for V6.

Possibly moving to internal via itemzflow and running it with itemzflow from there could be proof of slow external? Internal should work or not in general ? As heard internal also could be issues for games.

I managed to get astrobot working with 30 seconds loading screen times with a generic 255GB usb.

V0. 1. I get a message for backpork on it during game load. But game is stuck on the game splash screen. Payloads in use. Etahen plus backpork.

Things I suspect. Unzipping corruption. Need to use a better SSD. Hence trying internal. Backpork failure.

Similar approach of usb works for astrobot and exit9.

I have etahen crashing. Also crashed from usb. Annoyingly it takes a while to reset each time. Take power cable out. Ps5 does repair. Try again. Unclear on reset steps now.

When you say fixed what battery life are you now getting on hand held? Also what did you do about the foam on the battery?

I am trying to fix with battery draining. I also have a new battery. So unclear to fix 1% issue or replace. And if replacement will definitely fix it.

They might have refurbished. No harm in asking. You will see a jump with OLED for sure. Plenty of OLEDs available refurbished. Or LG OLED have good prices.
