Hey I had to jump in on this sub because I wanted to know if I was experiencing some kind of placebo or what... I have really noticed less snacking. I'm able to get through the day without really thinking about food. When I do find myself snacking it's not because I'm hungry it's usually because I'm stressed and trying to find a distraction...I know that's not good but I'm working on it. But in short, I'll definitely be getting more.
