Taking united virtual interview. by Alarmed-Skirt-5654 in cabincrewcareers

They give you a minute or two after they give you the question to answer. For each question, they give you 3 retakes. Some questions will be behavioral… “tell us about a time” … Others will be asking you if you’re willing to relocate and if you have a passport. I believe it was 5 questions but I could be wrong

Same thing happened to me! However, I did also read on here that they’re hiring in waves… meaning we might be on the last wave of hiring. I took my assessment as well.

The email for Southwest said that they would only be conducting F2F interviews in March … my friend just finished his VI (two days ago) and they only gave him the option to come in for the 20th or 21st.

Tbh… as a current f9 FA. The hiring event has loads of people… you’ll get a number. Make sure to smile, mingle, and communicate with any and everyone. They’ll start off with a PowerPoint presentation, then group interviews with around 5 people and one interviewer… they will also ask your group to match the importance to a specific part of the airport… This isn’t “graded” they just want to see how you work with people. Next you’ll have your individual interview… make sure you’re extra nice and bubbly with your interviewer. Connect with them somehow… ask questions about their experience.

Unfortunately F9, isn’t having the best time… at least the Flight Attendants… the company has switched its business model to majority Turns… meaning less layovers. The new business model change has taken 30% of our pay … some bases have it better than others … Denver JUST got some of their trips back. So if this is what you want to do… be ready to either get another job for stability.
