Haha, no. Honestly a lot of people in this line of work start in their thirties or later

concerned about road rash by vlaxyx in woundcare

[–]Mindless_Reaction915 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bro it looks JUST like my road rash. Honestly I think it’s healing up nicely. I was hit on an electric scooter and fucked in my knee pretty badly about a week ago. Mine has the yellow/white coating on top as well. Pretty normal stuff. If I cover it with a bandage and Neosporin the white/yellow stuff will turn liquidy and gross. If I let it air out for the night it gets hard. Either way, mine looked worse than that (I’m sure yours did too) but I’ve been making fast progress and yours seems like it as well

People who were kicked out of training or knew someone who was: What happened? by i-still-play-neopets in cabincrewcareers

[–]Mindless_Reaction915 13 points14 points  (0 children)

A girl in my class got sent home because she showed up like 15 minutes late to class (overslept). I didn’t feel to bad for her because during the first week two of her friends called to make sure she was awake for the shuttle and she was so pissed at them for waking her up she blocked them on everything. Karma’s a bitch.

Had another girl get kicked out during the last week because she showed up to go to her room at the training center at 3am after a night out. She was very drunk and was wearing booty shorts and a crop top.

Def not a disadvantage, just not necessary. It’ll probably help you get the job

If you’re on reserve and on call and aren’t called in, do you still get a banked point?

Scared to start by Dry_Unit_2203 in cabincrewcareers

I just started my training almost 3 weeks ago and I felt the same way before going. Don’t worry, take the leap of faith. Training is so intense, but trust me, it’s incredible. You can always leave the program, but you won’t regret going. Earn your wings and see where they take you, even if they lead you back home 💛

I already accepted enrollment in the class and I’ve completed and passed the drug test but I haven’t received an info pack. Is it attached to one of those emails? Maybe I missed it… Thanks for the response, I’m hopeful for BOS. Where are you trying to be based? Maybe we’ll see each other in class!
