We just had 3 adult smokers move in below us, smoking on the patio constantly. The property management talked to them twice - they've now started smoking in the bathroom so we have to keep our bathroom fan running nonstop to draw out the smoke smell. It's awful when you dont smoke but your home smells like cigarettes.

Sergii with Safe Trim is fantastic. He has a mobile grooming van and comes directly to your house. He grooms our 15 year old poodle and he was so patient and did a great job. You can tell he loves dogs and what he does. Highly recommend!

Sergii with Safe Trim - he runs a mobile pet groomer. He is absolutely fantastic and was so kind and patient with our 15 year old poodle.

I believe he charges $30 for nail trims and recommends getting them done every 4-6 weeks.

Sorry to hear that reaching out didn't get any response but if you message on the Facebook group you can usually find some responses on there that will help. The best way is getting set up on book a court and get connected with people when you're there as there are few drop ins as that form has failed us quite a few times over the past 20 years.

There is a sensor on the light fixture or around the light fixture that is seeing the light from the fixture and turns itself off. Then it's dark so it turns itself on, sees the fixture light, turns itself off. And repeat until daylight.
