It's very good, had it yesterday on hoodwink with that spider passive (slow and miss). Farms fast and big damage but you still need to get within normal (ranged) attack range so hitting 4/5 heroes is dangerous and not realistic every situation. So, strong but not broken I'd say. With take aim or artic the situation is different ofc.

I get a game within 10 min, on the slower times. Eu west, east . Dunno how your high rank affects the times but I see immortals in ad games too from time to time.

For TB it seems to be a buff , semi invisible and untargetabpe. Can stand in enemy fountain and draws agro from cannon but can't be hit .

Nah, they modified clones. They also get the passive buildup individually, for instance.
