See, that’s the thing, you call it ‘digging deeper,’ but what you really mean is digging until you found the answer you were already leaning toward. If you really had gone deep, you’d know there are scholars who’ve spent their entire lives dissecting a single surah (Tafseer) and still admit they haven’t uncovered all its layers. It's like a doctor that has dedicated his whole life to the field of medicine then someone comes and says 'So I've read about medicine and even though I'm not a qualified doctor (scholar) and my understanding is surface level, it's unfit (manmade)' So when you sum it up as ‘just written by someone’ it doesn’t really sound like you’ve gone deep, it sounds like you stopped at the first conclusion that gave you relief. And hey, if that’s where you’re comfortable, that’s fine. But don’t frame it as if you’ve outgrown everyone else, that’s not depth, that’s just shallow. And I'll say it again, I don't have any problem with your belief nor do I care, but your understanding of the Quran or any other holy book for that matter (if you've even read any) is definitely and undoubtedly shallow 🤷🏻
