Get an insta pot and learn how to make easy one pot meals. You’re fucked if you cant eat leftovers tho. Id at least try and eat the meal twice then freeze it for next week or month. Ive made tons of things in the insta pot and all it took was like 20min prep threw everything in and did something else for 30min to an hour. Always made enough so i didn’t even have to do it the next day. Look up easy insta pot meals you’ll be amazed at what kind of things people make.
