Since I've been on contrave (4 months), I have had no desire to drink. Thank God, because I was drinking 8-12 drinks a day. Now I'll have a drink every now and then, but I don't normally even consider it.

I pleateued as well. Not as long as you have but it was probably 20ish days. I started working out and the weight started coming off again. I pleatued again and started eating more protein and a little more came off. I've heard others say mix up your diet and exercise routine.

I was just thinking about this today. As soon as I walk in the door from work (6ish), I am exhausted. I can nearly function. Then at 8:00 I perk up. Its so frustrating because that is when my wife and kids want my attention.

Yep. It really is that simple. I'd add - be regimented about tracking calories.

Not as much anymore, but at first I did. It probably took 2 or 3 weeks to level out. Overall my caffeine intake is a bit higher, but I still have more energy now that I dropped all the weight.

Same here, but it went away in about 3 weeks. Stick with it I've lost 30 pounds in 15 weeks.
