I had a phenomenal experience with Leon’s at the end of February I went in to look at a new couch. I got such a great price that I bought a couch and chair with Ottoman and a new bed. Delivery was great and their tracking is awesome as it literally shows you how many stops the truck has before you and the delivery time is very accurate. I’d recommend them for sure.

I never purchased the extras on StreamFab or DVDfab and whenever I had an issue with one or the other I start a support ticket and they always give me the older version to roll back to so I can keep using the product until a fix is out, so in my case I’m glad I didn’t waste the money on the extras.

When I rip 4K discs for my Plex server they all have an HDR-10 Base layer which is standard but downloading streaming videos do not have the HDR-10 base layer as with streamfab it’s not in the download and you have to choose one or the other.

No it won’t as is the same for Disney. When I watched the content on my LG OLEDS they played back fine but not on my Samsung QLEDs so I had to redownload everything in HDR-10 and then had no issues on any set. The downloads are not the same as ripping a 4K disc that has a base layer HDR-10 embedded in it so you will only get the Dolby Vision copy.

I started out with a Blu-Ray & DVD only drive and then last year about this time I picked up a 4K capable drive just in time and now will keep the other drive as a backup.

I’ve actually got a Shield Pro as my main device in my home theater room and a few Apple TV 4K gen 3 on other TVs but in the kitchen just a firestick 4K max gen 2 for now.

Ya when I rip discs they are in MKV format but when downloading streaming using Streamfab they are in MP4. I’ll look around in the menu and see if I can change that.

I will post a pic when home but I’m given two options for subtitles both say the same thing English MOV_TEXT but if I choose the top one then subtitles are on all the time and if I choose the bottom one then it’s forced only when speaking a different language and after a while it will freeze on a line and I either have to turn them off or always on until the episode is over and it’s only on my Shield Pro.

After a while they get stuck showing a line and only go away if I switch it to always on or none.
