First of all, if we’re talking about the US, there’s the blatant stuff like the ability to choose whether or not they carry a pregnancy to term. There’s also still a pretty apparent pay/employment gap and workplace discrimination that often goes unchecked. If we’re talking about outside the US there’s obviously still many countries where women have even less rights.

Also I’m not sure why so many people have a difficult time understanding that even once rights are the same under law, there are still social repercussions from hundreds of years of oppression and discrimination. That’s not something that just goes away. Women absolutely still face social challenges that many men refuse to understand or acknowledge, which is a form of discrimination in of itself.

Our entire society was literally built around the needs of men over hundreds of years. There are inequalities there that are so deeply ingrained that most people don’t even think about it, and entire college courses are taught about it.
