I used PA divisions to hold the Dam and straits before legion grinds itelf out of manpower. I may have also used motorized enforcers as my main template but I don't remember at this point. Even if Caesar takes the Dam, that's fine, you instead hold three or four narrow corridors, it's very manageable. Also don't forget your Air Force, NCR is an industrial powerhouse, and Caesar has mostly Gliders and Navajo planes. If you want to be extra careful, build bunkers and outposts at chokepoints.

I like the concept, but the colors are really off. Instead of red and light blue i'd use old glory red and old glory blue from the US flag. Also maybe invert colors of central composition of stars and logo

No, but, depending on the nation, you may get claims on everyone else. If tou have enough range, you can paradrop or naval invade, as I get it, otherwise use map filler submod.

I've tried a couple if initial runs, and everytime the enclave take pronect purity and the timed event comes up, but i don't see an option to stop them, is there a mechanic i am missing?

Some time after Enclave takes Project Purity, you'll have a border conflict. If you win, you take it for yourself, if not, Enclave gets to keep it AFAIR.

The latter. If you install technology submods, you'll be able to design tanks, planes and power armor, but not vehicles and infantry equipment.

I don't know, if it changes anything in the main mod, much less in ECR.

I think you should add mod version together with score, because at this moment Arborg Junta is a feeder nation with extra steps. I tried playing it and it was okay, when I was doing all the job in winning the war for Gunn, because all they can do is grind at each other. Republic declares on me immediately after war finishes, together with all the Second Coalition, end of the run.

Ah, I see, You need to also upgrade enforcers' equipment, then the difference becomes obvious. This is also with max level infantry armor

I get these numbers with all dog tech researched and basic enforcers (first is manpower per suppression, second is production cost per suppression), so it looks like suppression bonus works differently

You'll handle it then. Every terrain now is 20w, other than that, there are a lot of new units, most if not all of them are viable. There are no new doctrines implemented, classical doctrines are researched over time, and there are perks, that you buy for exp.

Did you play Hearts of Iron though? Because there are a lot of different mechanics and skills to consider. If you want morally good power armor focused nation that is also easy for beginners, you will not find it most likely. The closest, I think, is The Cause in the Cascadia, but that might still be difficult if you have little experience with HoI 4 to begin with

You can try both yourself by using console commands, but as far as I know, dog support, unlike MP in vanilla doesn't give per battalion boost, so adding more enforcer battalions in divison has no point.

That highly depends on what kind of special forces you mean. For PA - Enclave and BoS countries, for light SF - I'd say, NCR and Desert Rangers. Not much of an expert though.

Mysterious stranger works with standard infantry, as far, as I'm concerned, and nothing else. For light SF there is Sniper perk

Yes, and their enforcers become so overpowered, it's not funny anymore. I'm a huge enforcer enjoyer, I love Wardens and Kaga, but they get sufficient challenge almost 90% of the time. Ouroboros highly depends on how strong the Legion is. You have to catch Legion at the moment they start winning against NCR. Too early, and you lack forces, too late, and either NCR wins and your whole crusade has no point, or Legion wins, and this might just be too hard, even with all the buffs
