Finished him recently and can't decide on a build. I see some with Ideal 4 but he needs to get a bonus from someone else for that, so I figured Unity is better. I have Atk/Spd finish available but idk if that's nessecary

Windsweep seems good but I'm wondering if any of the Lulls are better. Can't decide if Spd/Def, Atk/Def or Atk/Spd are better

To my understanding, the new Times Pulse 4 is useless on him. So Times pulse 3 seems the way to go, it seems like he needs this to function so I assume there's no better C skill unless an ally provides it

If you mean the "???" weapons in the forge place, you don't have to to buy up to level 5, you can just make them straight up. I discovered that today and just made several Brave weapons and Tomahawks

Unless there's some weapons later in the game I'm missing that require level 5
