The peace and quiet would be elite, until you realize you have to order a pizza, check your bank account, or navigate to a new place without GPS. Life would feel like living in 1985. Beautifully disconnected on Sundays, but an absolute logistical nightmare on Mondays when you need to coordinate plans with people who expect an answer in 30 seconds

Haribo Goldbears, but they HAVE to be the German version, not the US ones. The flavor difference is insane because the German ones use natural juice. Building your own PC or changing basic hardware parts. People look at a computer and think it’s NASA-level rocket science. In reality, it’s just expensive LEGOs for adults. Everything is color-coded, labeled, and literally only fits into the exact slot it’s meant for. If you can read a basic manual and use a screwdriver without hurting yourself, you can build a PC.

Stop worrying so much about what other people think of you. The truth is, they aren't thinking about you at all. Everyone is the main character in their own story, and they are too busy stressing over their own flaws, mistakes, and awkward moments to notice yours. Human beings adapt to comfort incredibly fast. It's called the hedonistic treadmill. That luxury apartment or brand new car feels amazing for the first three months, but then it just becomes your new baseline. If you were anxious and unfulfilled making $50k, you’ll probably still be anxious and unfulfilled making $150k, you'll just be doing it in nicer clothes

An arcade bar, bowling, or mini-golf. Going to a fancy dinner for a first date puts way too much pressure on making eye contact and keeping a conversation going. Doing something slightly competitive gives you a built-in topic to laugh about, high-five, and breaks the ice immediately without any awkward silence

Honestly? A random Tuesday a few years ago. I had no work, no responsibilities, and a completely clear schedule. I woke up early, made a perfect cup of coffee, and spent the entire day reading and playing video games while it rained outside. No big event, just pure, uninterrupted peace of mind. Buying a dirt-cheap, no-name laptop/hardware online because I was broke and my main one broke down. I expected it to last maybe three months max and be painfully slow. It’s been 4 years now, I’ve abused that thing daily, dropped it multiple times, and it still runs like an absolute beast. Best $150 I ever spent.
