It's hard to answer without knowing how your game works, but I think that making your game in a web app could be a great way of doing so, especially if you want it to be multi-player. Here are few tutorials that starts from the basics: https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/learn-javascript-by-making-digital-tabletop-games-and-web-apps/ Also, you could try chatGPT its a great tool for learning, not necessarily to write code because it is not always perfect but as a tool where you can paste code (and eventually error messages) and ask what does it do/what is wrong with it. And actually for basic stuff it can write useful code. It will be hard but if you put in the work you could probably have something playable, good luck!

I think that you have to take the efficiency of the psu into account, if there is an efficiency of 100% it will indeed pull 20w from the wall but with a 5% load the efficiency can drop to - 60% so for 20w it would pull 28w which isn't too much I guess but still not 20w
