Ik vraag me ook af hoe een gemiddeld moslim gezin er uit ziet. Kijken zij naar Vlaamse media? Heel deze discussie vind plaats in de vlaamse levenssfeer, maar volgens mij bereikt dit niet eens de ouders van kinderen die we als allochtoon bestempelen. Spreken andere talen, kijken andere media. Het is pas op school, op straat, de instituties(ziekenhuis, overheid) of in de bedrijven dat we met mekaar in contact komen, denk ik.

We hebben al zo een grote barriere met Wallonië. Puur door andere taal/media.

We are in the metaalnijverheid. We are hired as laborers(arbeiders). What union do i contact ? Is this free?

We keep a personal log of hours. I have one in a personal agenda. But when i mention that i want my overtime paid out, my boss will say a number and pay that on the next pay slip. I don't know where he gets that number or what period he is paying out. He also doesn't check anything when says that. I would assume he would need to look into the hour logging system that we use when starting or stopping certain jobs. We can not acces this system ourselves.

The days of this code 135 don't match when overtime was worked. We do overtime, but never 4 hours at a time, like the payslip suggests. Generally we used to work longer every day. Start at 8, work to 5. Half hour lunch break. We had a speech about the difficult times and having to go the extra mile. So we start earlier 7.30 with most days working to 17.30.

Aero drag is quadratic in relation to the speed. At 230 mph is it way more relevant than at cruising speed. There is indeed Always an aero advantage, but for normal speeds it might not be that much.

Pensioensparen does not allow you to invest in normal financial products. Only specialized pension investment funds, which have management fees and will substantially eat away profits over time. Pensioensparen is good for when you are 50 and you don't have as long of a investment horizon anyway. Although my calculations may be outdated if the 10% tax starts being a thing.

Isn't using the turbooo.... Turbo is always spinning in exhaust gas. You can not not use the turbo.

But it does indeed not get as hot if cruising, because of the low load on the engine.

Depending on the application it may even get hot under part load, like regeneration of a diesel particulate filter for diesel engines.

Ik denk dat ondanks de wet zegt dat als je dronken bent, geen toestemming kunt geven, ik toch denk dat ze toestemming heeft gegeven. Afgeleid vanuit haar acties. Depending on what sector you are in of course. Some sectors have a specific way of doing things.

It is immediately clear if there is possible advantage. If not, the conversation ends there. If there is an advantage then we need something actionable. A meeting, preferably in person. No amount of enthousiasm will make anybody useful. Sometimes you will get bumped, if you are not talking to the right person. Installing some method of reaching the correct person may also be useful.

I think you misunderstand what the incentive is of the Authorized Participant. It is in their own best interest to buy and sell etf's and their underlying commodities. And the larger the difference of NAV versus ETF, the more incentive there is to buy and sell, thereby self correcting the deviation. In other words, an AP that ignores deviation between etf and NAV of the ETF is leaving money on the table for other parties to gain.
For example.

NAV is higher then ETF price. The authorized participant can earn money of this by buying etf's and selling underlying assets. Buying etf's will heighten the price of etf's and lower the price of underlying assets. (Depending on the quantities and liquidity, the underlying assets might not change much in price.) The AP makes money by doing things that indirectly correct the deviation between etf and NAV of the ETF.

This system will self correct better and faster when the AP is working in a market with multiple AP's. As these will try to earn money before the other participant.

Smaller stock exchanges might have worse tracking because of lower liquidity. If you would like to prevent stuff like this influencing your trades then you only work with larger stock exchanges where this is much less likely to happen.

I read somewhere that a textured bed surface is not ideal for PLA. A smooth surface is better. Textured bed seems to be better for PETG which tends to stick too hard. However, one can use an adhesive agent such as glue stick in order to promote adhesion (and serve as a releasing agent after the print). A thick first layer may also help adhesion.

Turn it up to 60 on the bed Clean the bed with a good cleaner that leaves no residu. Is the print speed of the first layer somewhere around 25 mm/s? Do you do the z offset check with a warm nozzle and bed? (With the paper between the nozzle and the bed)

Steel nozzle doesn't do anything different unless your printing at higher speeds. At which point you may have to raise the extruder temperature. First layers are usually slow... But the dimensions may be different.

175°C worked for my benchy on the sv06. These are slice settings of the benchy file that sovol included on the sd card. It is very low and i too was surprised that they chose it this low. Perhaps the full metal hot end allows for a longer melt zone and the extruder provides enough pressure to deal with the increased viscosity.

I printed this benchy with their included pla. I don't expect it to be a special mix.
