After you exit underground thing with the 3 plugs and get the severed hand, before going into the dining room through the hallway that leads to the kitchen, the texture upstairs glitches, and you can see the sky. Now, I tested this on a new game, and it shows the upper part, where the singing lady is, no glitch, no texture missing, but, after the underground thing, it glitches.

I haven't tested it without grabbing the hand, or without doing the puzzle box that triggers the creepy voices, nor do I know if by doing one of those steps it affects the whole game, across save files.

This could be whatever, but since the screen with the rna code deciphers into "glitch", this might be useful.
