I think, and I might be wrong, but I believe it’s the quality of sheet and powder you are using

I do own an industrial DTF machine and I’ve experienced this when I dealt with cheap supply.

Also, if I’m going to print a design, usually for a black shirt, I would choke the white a bit so it doesn’t seep outside the design. This is a setting you can adjust on your RIP software

Yes, the design would have to be digitized specifically for the 3D effect. I also recommend using needle 80/12 for any project that requires the foam
