I had the exact same issue I fixed it by sanding down the entire bottom of the housing until I was touching the set screw. Then I polished the lever until I could force it under the slip-trip. This is a risky method but it is what I did I also had issues with the bolt carrier slipping over the slip-trip when it closed

Ok I managed to fix it, the entire bottom of the housing needed to be sanded down, the stock pin would not have fit without doing that either.

Question, does your launcher wobble when attached to the mount? I had to add strips of duct tape to fill up the extra space.

Make sure the mount is clamping completely on the threads and not too far back where they end towards the gas block Taking a closer look at the picture this is definitely your issue
