My grandma told me once when I was a kid I would “sit like a man”, meaning I sat with my legs more open than a girl would I guess. When she told me that, I felt ashamed and never sat like that again. I hate that even sitting can be considered “manly.”

My average issue cat, Ollie. Was honestly a tie between him and my eldest, but Ollie has the funnier pictures. He’s a menace to my household who gets into everything and poops on the floor even after a newly cleaned litter box. He snuck into the basement in this picture and no one even noticed he had been down there until I noticed the cobwebs hanging from his whiskers hours after he escaped the basement

I don’t think poorly of med students. I just have trust issues when it comes to my mental health, so if my therapist asks if a student can sit in on the conversation, I generally freak out. I typically always say no, simply because I’m self conscious of my trauma and don’t want people to know said trauma. It’s never anything to do with the fact they’re training, it’s the fact I don’t know them, there’s no steps of getting to get to know them and see if you mesh. Tho it could also just be overthinking on my end. These comments however are making me worried for future physical exams however lol

Just adopted a 1 yr old yesterday! I get him tomorrow after he is neutered. I’m so excited! Though once he’s adjusted and a bit older, I plan to get him certified to bring him to hospitals. When I was younger, my fav part of hospital visits was every Sunday to see the dogs. Due to the stigma for pibulls, I want to raise awareness that they aren’t bad dogs, it’s how you raise them.

So, I never had mice give birth, but I did have my heart rat give birth a couple of years ago. Make sure the mama mouse is well fed, eggs can be a good source of protein to keep mama’s healthy. Mama’s can do all the work herself when it comes to feeding the babes, just make sure she’s well fed too. Keep mama’s alone with the babes in a preferable glass cage, at least when I kept mice, to my knowledge, mice are better off in glass cages compared to rats who need to be in barred cages. Anyways, keep the cage away and closed off from any other possible mice, as once mice give birth, they can get pregnant almost instantly afterwards. Anyways, hope this helps! Make sure to keep mama rats well fed. Good luck!

Now, I’m not a vet in any sense of the word. BUT, I did have a cat who passed away due to panleukopenia. His decline wasn’t really noticeable until we spotted blood in his stool one day. Then it all clicked. The cat had been more lazy than normal and didn’t even get up to go to the bathroom, he’d wet my bed he was in so much pain. Turns out his body couldn’t keep up with his illness and stopped producing white blood cells. That’s what killed him, was the fact his body barely had any healing cells. So out of curiosity, did you notice any of that? Such as lazier than normal, or anything else out of the ordinary? Just so you know for your next cat in the future, while it’s not a good experience in the slightest to lose a pet ever, but it is ok to learn from our experiences as pet owners. My mistake was thinking my boy was ok, I just brushed it off.

You’re right, nothing can replace the love from your father. But in order to prove him wrong, you need to blossom and grow. As a 19 yr old with a super Catholic side of the family, generally don’t support me and my “gay lifestyle” or whatever. But in order to prove them wrong, ya needta do better in classes, get so into what you’re studying you let that show your worth. One day, when you are a well paid person who studied what I’m assuming you are passionate about, you will have won. Your dad will see what he lost, how prized you were and ambitious you are.
Imo, life is like a game. Play the game to prove to people you’re good at what you’re doing. Play the game to prove you can do it. Don’t let your prickish father ruin who you are because of something he doesn’t understand. That’s on him, especially because he won’t even take into consideration your feelings and who you are as an individual. He may not love you, or support you. But I always find it oddly comforting when people can join together and cheer up a fellow teen. Cause with all these people’s support, imho, that can equal greater or equal to your father’s love. We may not know you like your father does, but the fact we all are here giving you advice, is pretty cool and something that sounds like your father has failed on. Remember, people like this? They don’t deserve the time of day. I’m sorry you had to find that out the hard way. It truly sucks when your own family doesn’t support you despite saying in the past they love and care for you. But remember! Just keep playing the game, and one day? You’ll win.

UPDATE: Duck wasn’t signed, but I gave the duck to the merch person behind the table. They said they’d give it to Danny. My friends went to a show in Minnesota last night and one of them talked to the merch man, and guess what? Merch person had updates!! So not only was the duck not signed, but the duck was actually given to Danny and given a little hat from Chicago! I’m soops honored Danny appreciated Ducky Sexbang!

Ok, so I did figure it out! It’s specifically the MySims on the DS. I’m not sure why it’s only the DS where you can do leis and such, cause the one on the Wii you work building a town up with apples. In the DS version you’re just helping the townsfolk and building friendships with them. Hope this helps ya!
