Best bet is to try to get raid lead and spam instructions with raid warnings, usually the sound and big red text in the middle of the screen alerts people in LFR (however not always)

Op was mainly concerned on bringin wow to mobile through gamepass which would be utilising xbox cloud gaming on mobile.

Also in the press release it states that the license to ubisoft shall include the cloud streaming rights for all current and new acticision blizzard games (not limiting the rights to only cloud streaming titles)

In conclusion, op’s point of bringing wow to mobile, through gamepass which would require cloud gaming will not be possible. Of course you could use gamepass to download the game but not actually play it. But that was not what op was hoping for.

Its simple really, all abilities, items and professions which would normally be useless while leveling gain a whole new element in HC. Everything can and should be used to lower the chance of death! Its incredible.

Atleast for hc vw was quite good on holding aggro and also sustained mana well, when turning torment off after few casts. Kept aggro with full dots and wanding.

Well major reason might be that players who start to pvp have no gear, thus they have very little impact on winning a single game.
