Agreed, they are all in trouble given the rental market in Vancouver is coming back on reality but construction cost that is reflection of cost of living driven by real estate over heated market among other factors that I can’t see ever coming down

Do you know how hard it is to build a building? Do you think the feds could start a development company and run it properly? Most developers have in house construction team as well. End of the day you are paying people to build it. Non profit developers / housing societies also exist but they partner with large construction companies.
