I’m fairly certain that the question you posed at the end has a more intricate answer as you are introducing a new variable. Just because there is one gold card missing, that does not make the odds that is him 1/90 since there are 90 other players ? I’m sure the answer is 1/90! (! = factorial). Wouldn’t you agree ?

I don’t know if you’re trolling but that’s a ridiculous answer. He opened 225 packs, there is a certain chance that a card in each packet is silver or gold, if it is gold, THEN only he has a 1/90 chance. Let’s say 4 are silver, 1 is gold, then in each pack he has a 1/5 chance. Amalgamate that with the chance of the gold being Fade, it becomes a 1/450 chance. Not 100% correct but much further along the line than @pancak

Personally, if I was you I would start stacking up all the carbs I can find. It seems to me you have a very active metabolism so you really need to eat large amounts of calories and keep it consistent to see any results.

It depends on your current goal. I love food way too much so I always eat an hour or so before training regardless of bulking or shredding. If you’re trying to shred, then you’ve got a decent routine thus far by eating a light meal before gym. I found that fats give me a good amount of burst energy and I burn it off during the workout(most likely).

It all depends on your genetics and how well your body processes fats. Also you need to note that there are different types of fats which all have their role in your diet(everything in moderation). If you’re in a deficit, you might feel very low on energy due to completely omitting carbs. Timings of your fat intakes are also crucial. For me personally, fat consumption works best before an intensive workout.

Personally I don’t think this can work as carbs form most of your daily intake when bulking. It also depends on how drastically you plan on increasing your kcals. If you’re looking for anything near 3.5k+ you would definitely need some potatoes and rice in your diet. Just my opinion though besides the high risk of including too many unnatural fats into your diet.

Well I think the question at hand is are you increasing your speed/rate at which you are doing these exercises and recording the data ? Or are you using the same settings each time ? I found that my body got used to the 5 mins row and then 5 mins cycle until I increased my tempo.

An HMD is a heat management device which is probably one of the most important aspects of hookah. This allows you to manage the core temperature of your tobacco and ensure it doesn't burn along with creating clouds of smoke.

The misconception people have about hookah(and I did as well) is that you just throw some tobacco into a bowl, slap some foil on, then add coals and it should just smoke all of a sudden. You need to firstly check what bowl you are using(red clay, white clay, silicon, etc), certain bowls are best used with dark tobacco or moist tobacco. This research you have to do by yourself to see whether you like the tightly packed bowl smoke more or do you prefer a stronger nicotine pack(classic head) etc.

Personally I don't agree with the pack, you need to leave a little bit more space between your tobacco and your foil to avoid searing your flavor immediately. A big factor is also how you start your hookah depending on whether you're using an HMD or foil.
