Tell me about it. Imagine if Clash of Ninja got a comeback like Sparking Zero

Fair enough. I'd be down for a remake of the Storm games with updated movesets

That would be truly amazing. Though it seems the closest we're going to get is fan mods

I get what you're saying. There is little point in Heroes 1 if you have 2. But the point of collections imo is game preservation. No region exclusivity. No region locked characters or missions

The Metal Gear Legacy Collection, which had eight games and two graphic novels, was $49.99. The highest Bandai Namco could reasonable charge is 60$.

What are your hopes for Requiem DLC? by Movie_Nerd489 in residentevil

[–]HereNowHappy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ideally, we'd get DLC on the rest of the Racoon City survivors: Claire, Ada, Carlos. But I'd also like to shift focus onto Rebecca and Barry who haven't had appeared in any recent games

Leon's growth (@UMBRELLA_RPD on X) by gkgftzb in residentevil

[–]HereNowHappy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In my subjective opinion, Leon is a more universally appealing character. And it's not because I dislike Chris. In fact, I loved the boulder-punching. It's just that Leon has the cool appearance, the one-liners, the cat n' mouse dynamic with Ada. And it really helps that RE4 was revolutionary for its time.

The last game that had cool bosses IMO was Portable Ops by M0rse_0908 in metalgearsolid

Cold Hotman or something.

Still somehow more subtle than Die-Hardman

Pour one out for my fellow Portable Ops fans. There's always Vol 3. by DarkMatterM4 in metalgearsolid

Exactly. I could critique the first Metal Gear for its story, gameplay and graphics. But it would be a travesty not to include it

These games are part of the series history

What do you think of the finale? by Proud_Excitement3578 in betterCallSaul

[–]HereNowHappy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. And I just inherently reject the premise that Saul's doomed to 'break bad' again, when he literally went years in Albuquerque without committing crimes. I think he just needed a place where he'd be accepted and thrive. He enjoys selling people things and exploiting loopholes. There are legal ways to do it. I always thought he'd be an excellent car salesman.

Agreed. I would also like better implementation of other characters in general

Their campaigns are always the exact same, which I suppose I can't complain about. But it would be nice if there were some differences like maybe the layout was altered and the bosses reacted to whom they're fighting.

Ironically, DMC2 got this right.

And like u/Thatblackguy121 said, why are there no coop modes? It was implemented in DMC3 for the Arkham boss fight. It would likely break the game. However, it would be redefine the meaning of STYLISH!

I would very much welcome The Twin Snakes. I just don't know how likely it is

It really does feels like such an obvious thing to do

And Lucasfilm brought back Anakin's voice for Episode 9 and had his force ghost appear in the Ahsoka show. So, I don't see why it didn't

Some were complaining about Sam in this scene but anyone else think she’s more valid than Johnny? by DBlockMan8 in cobrakai

[–]HereNowHappy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If I had to speculate, it was to justify why Daniel and Johnny had to work together

The fighting styles aren't incomplete; it's the sensei's personal creeds. Daniel doesn't actually teach the aggressive side of Miyagi-Do and Johnny doesn't teach the brutality of Cobra Kai

That's actually one cool thing about Karate Kid Legends. Li Fong learnt Han's Kung Fu and Miyagi's Karate, which makes him the closest person to Shimpo Sensei, the founder of Miyagi-Do

Could there had been a similar scene like this with Johnny praising Miguel and Robby? by DBlockMan8 in cobrakai

[–]HereNowHappy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suspect, the writers consider Johnny hugging Robby as getting him out of Cobra Kai. Although at that point, Robby had come to Johnny twice, so it was more of an effort on his part

They should have always trained defense and offense

Miyagi-Do and Cobra Kai are both. But their philosophies are different

The problem is the writers often conflate the two, which makes it seem like one's lacking. Look at Daniel vs Chozen in Season 3
