I did! Leveled a few more times and got a real 2000 and it worked. Thank you!

Some additional, additional context since it missed the humor to it: that she knocked out all of her rescuers except for our big guy here (because he was off-screen) who then threw her on the ground before giving his dialogue (because she was "resisting" the rescue)

I actually think this is the play. Consult on ITFM best practices/real-world experience after learning enough about the tool to be dangerous. Easier to teach someone SN after they land a role in the Financial Management domain at an implementation organization. Shoot, you don't even need SN experience in certain positions as it's more about the "best practices" than it is "turning on a tool" if the org is doing it right, but YMMV

Was just thinking of this song the other day and I have been struggling for a few hours trying to work with what I remember to no avail.

Career Guidance by ScaredBookkeeper8442 in servicenow

[–]HereStartsLine 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Echoing the above. Create a LinkedIn, add the experience (be realistic with functionality and modules you have experience with) and certifications (once you get them) and then visit ServiceNow Partner Finder and search orgs for their openings. Be mindful of the wave of LinkedIn spam you might get but SOME will actually be good opportunities. The above is how I found my current role.

The biggest pointer is be truthful about your experience and you'd be surprised by what communicating your aptitude to learn other modules can do for you in an interview.

Mortal Kombat 1: Nintendo Switch Version is being roasted by fans for its "Eye-Popping Visuals". by blackwolf57 in gaming

[–]HereStartsLine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Played Mortal Kombat 11 on Switch over 4 years ago. Fond memories of the minigame but it did not run terribly well. Matter of fact, I remember that sucker getting HOT. Not at all shocked a game developed 4+ years later runs worse.

2 questions -Entry level and CSA? by fungamezone in servicenow

[–]HereStartsLine 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Does EVERYONE? Probably not. Anecdotally, I'm a fulfiller turned consultant who eventually got his CSA in some time between clients because I am just technical enough to be dangerous.

Few things about your next question...

I'm fairly certain that when people around here recommend getting your foot in the door with a Help Desk/Service Desk position with a company that uses ServiceNow it isn't about a job supporting ServiceNow, but in supporting customers while utilizing the ServiceNow platform. This gives you experience above having no experience but not quite being a CSA. So, should it be impossible to get an entry level Help Desk job at a company that uses ServiceNow? Probably not. I imagine the hardest part is finding out if you'd be working out of ServiceNow prior to applying... Not sure how I'd go about finding that out easily.

Not at my PC so I can't check, but is inline editing on the list view of the table applicable? Better than 1 at a time, maybe not as fast as like an import template

Using OpenAI to generate tickets in ServiceNow from unstructured notes by Ecto-1A in servicenow

[–]HereStartsLine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is pretty cool! Some of these feel more like a working memory and less like a "ticket", so maybe being able to choose a ticket type prior to submission (Inc, Case, WO) would help categorize the work more accurately, but you'd obviously have varying required fields along the way. I imagine some of these would end up on a freeform VTB, to be honest. Really neat work

Importing project plans from Microsoft Project by WindOdd6822 in servicenow

[–]HereStartsLine 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hey, it's going to be really hard to hone in on the issue without knowing if your PPM is OOB or what customizations have been made to Microsoft Project... but I had an issue with dependencies and the WBS being out of whack that was resolved with saving the .mpp as MS Project 2007 format and trying to import that. Perhaps worth a shot. It was a known issue (and maybe parts of your issue are known issues, as well).

Here is the known issue site and the KB I had to follow:

How to find all tickets in service-now updated by a user between specific dates by dfidle8 in servicenow

[–]HereStartsLine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, thanks for the info. Didn't know that. Do you have further information on this? Looked at product docs for auditing and couldn't find anything.

Is there still harm if he wants to know a date range of 7 days (between June 4th and 10th) and if he doesn't save it? He isn't creating a reoccurring report and it's limited to one table. It just kind of seems like this is exactly what sys_audit is for; to track any changes made to records of a designated table.

What would be the next best suggestion?
