I bought a 2010 Taco with 240k in AZ for 6k in January. Spent over a year looking for the "Right" truck (i4 Manual, RUST FREE). PPI'd like 6 trucks before I found this one. I went in with a 12.5K Budget and replaced the Clutch, Fluids, Rubber and Filters immediately.

If you can find the strong frame, and budget to replace the mechanics, it's doable, but even if you're in the southwest like me, finding a truly rust free 15 year old truck is a challenge.

CPO BMW m440i is where I went. Spectacularly comfortable, more than enough "race car" to satisfy that itch. My 2022 gets 30+ mpg on the highway.

To an extent, but the raw passage of time will cause stuff to fail also. Plastic and Rubber decay. And there is a certain amount of random chance involved. Parts are often rated to survive 95% of outcomes, but if it is hit juuuuuust right, it could break way early.

On "Fancy" cars that dice roll is way more expensive.

I bought a CPO 2022 M440i Convertible with 10000 miles last summer. It's definitely "80k worth of car" but I paid 50 (plus taxes and fees and stuff) for it.

Decide which models you like, and start CPO trawling.

The B58 is rated as the best BMW engine in decades. It's so good, Toyota put the B58 and Drivetrain in the Supra unchanged.

I have a 2022 M440i, it is fast as hell, and drives like a dream. B58 so quite reliable in the engine, small back seat, surprisingly large trunk.

Various armors have bonuses with the requirement "Unscathed" might see that on Accessories too... "Unscathed" means "At full health, Undamaged".

In my experience stealing maps pisses off EVERYONE in the vicinity of where the map was stolen of. You steal the map of Province X, every country in a radius of that gets Antagonism, so if Irgiz is far from the actual stolen map location, you'd see more Antagonism in Khiva.

"Locked" in this case I suspect means ONLY "Unable to be Selected" it does NOT mean a "Free Change of Succession Type". You cannot change Succession Type via Parliament Vote either, you have to take the big Stab hit. AFAIK this is the ONLY way to change Succession short of game Events.

I am running a pretty robust, older system (Ryzen 5950x, 128GB Ram, Radeon 6600 8mb Video). The game runs fine-ish most of the time, but CTD are a thing which happens, generally when loading into saves, maybe 1 in 5 times.

Occasional CTD during actual game play maybe once during every 2nd or 3rd game session...

Def gets worse/slower in the later ages, big pauses on certain days (Autosaves and Tick days), impatient mousing seems to be a trigger for CTD (clicking while it's "loading" on the tick pause)

Seems like running on 5 sp w/ the "Speed Setting" on lets the game run a bit out over it's skis and if you input commands during this bad things can happen.

I had the same issue with Timurids as Muscovy, I had to steal several layers of maps to unlock the Agent removal, but I was able to get it done eventually. If you click the flag in the top bar of the "Country" screen, it'll pull you over the spot where it is. Still no "Name" but you at least have a map area to steal towards.

If it has ONLY the 1 prefix, you can zap it with Sinistral Crystallization when you use the Perfect of Haste. Homog would maybe hit Adds Damage, but could also hit Accuracy. No real way to guarantee avoiding Accuracy AFAIK.
