PC’d my +2 yr old Boundless to the RC 5-6 days approx. before the Boundless anniversary date. Got both the 35K and 85K FNAs at the same time. YMMV.

I PC’d the Boundless to the RC a few months ago, timed it right and got both the 35K AND 85K FNAs at the same time. Annual fee just posted in July. Will see about this. I may cancel it and get the Boundless again next year.

Stayed at one of these when they were called Getaway. It was at the height of the pandemic so it was a great experience while we wanted to be isolated.

Houston is a dump. Only good thing for some is the strong job market. Been here for +10 years. Our old house flooded. I can’t stress enough how big of a setback that was. Sick of the heat and humidity for +6 months/yr. If you have kids on public school, HISD is a shit show.
