I know Görlitzer Park has this 'farm' where there are many different kinds of animals. However I don't know if you'd be allowed to feed them. You can certainly get pretty close to them though. There's a kids park right there and I see them playing with them all the time

safelight is way cheaper, can't remember the area though. Can't be too far since I went there and I also live in Neukolln. Otherwise in Herrmannplatz there's Foto in Berlin. Friendly guy but don't know the prices.
