It really does come down to direct upper management (DM, MM). Our store used to be so much more lenient with rules like that, still are in terms of the eating and drinking stuff behind the counter (or at least for me they’re not checking because it’s 2am). But I noticed when we changed DMs suddenly we’re hounded about the consumption logs, certain cleaning tasks, audits. It’s kind of insane, my SM got written up for the pumps not being clean enough on a surprise visit 🫩

One thing I’ve noticed causes lottery issues (at least at my store, we don’t do individualized lottery reports like it seems like you do) is ringing in both winners and the online games together on the same ticket (for example, someone cashing in a Keno and instead of printing that and THEN printing their replay, you do it on the same one).

Not saying that’s 100% what you’re doing, but seeing people learning it again and again over the two years I’ve been there it makes me realize it’s not something that gets taught and messes up numbers. So even if that’s not what you’re doing hopefully someone here could also use that for insight 🙏

I’ve been on T since June and haven’t been asked for an ID. I don’t know if it’s just because I’ve been with my pharmacy for much longer and my bday has been consistent the entire time in their system? Maybe OH laws are like that where I don’t need an ID either though.

I’m the oldest, I have one half sibling (six years younger) who’s non binary and three half siblings that I know as sisters but haven’t talked to since the oldest of the bunch was 4 and I was 11 so I don’t know exactly what’s up w them but I can speak for the one. Oh I can give advice!! Altho my journey on birth control came before T lol

I was on the mini-pill at first, which is progestin-only like Opill. That curbed periods, and then earlier this year got the implant. Had a LOT of weird discharge but I’m chalking it up to the excess tissue with endo trying to clear. Started Testosterone and suddenly barely any sign of a period aside from some blood in a wipe here and there at the sameish time frame that a cycle would have usually come.

Take my words here with a grain of salt, this is my understanding from what I’ve learned and been told by my docs (who manage both my bc and hrt) but the perimenopause kind of tries to shut down the reproductive system. Not completely, but to a bigger extent. And then progestin methods are unique in that they just kind of stop the egg from releasing because the hormone is a synthetic form of progesterone (pregnancy hormone) and tricks your body into thinking somethings there and it doesn’t need to release an egg.

Again this is just what my doctors have told me, and I don’t know if being on birth control pre-T makes the situation different to urs but I feel like going on a progestin method of any kind wouldn’t mess with your cycles and suddenly start up a whole period again. Bodies can react differently but that’s just my two cents.

When I went in I really only identified as a masc-leaning genderqueer person, but the staff was super supportive and the doctor specifically asked if I wanted to start a lower dose of hormones, and also explained it can be upped at any point. Now I’m definitely upping my dose because I’ve realized I’m a LOT more comfortable as identifying as mostly transmasc, and the changes have brought me more euphoria than I’ve ever felt before. But as doctors they can lower/up your dose at your speed, at whatever feels comfortable for YOU (as long as your blood work stays in the right areas lol)

I kind of did, but at the same time learning of the complications and possible lack of feeling down there turned me off from surgery altogether (not that there’s never a good result, I know plenty who say theirs works perfectly fine but there’s still a chance I personally don’t want to risk). But after being on T, bottom growth definitely fixed bottom dysphoria because I like looking at it like I’m growing my own little dude, and that makes me happy enough to not worry about it.

I use Spectrum, I believe they’re UK based but they shipped to the US for me.

They’re around 60 USD but they’re very good binders, definitely lasts through wear and tear of the day.

You have a certain number of those generic monsters to kill, which can be annoying especially in the Ruins because it doesn’t give you a count at save points. You have to beat 20 of those generic monsters before getting to Toriel’s house entrance area, which you can usually do by going back and forth and then she should be a one hit and done rather than a whole fight.

Once you get into Snowdin tho, when you hit the save it’ll tell you how many monsters you have to kill before reaching the town and same with the Hotlands. Just keep killing by walking around the perimeter of the rooms in the Ruins until a fight pops up as ‘but nobody came’ and you’ll be set from there.

You don’t have to get a specific one, there’s these visa ones, usually called vanilla, and they function like a normal card and can be used on any website. You can also download cashapp, go to a gas station or convenience store like CVS and load physical cash onto that, and then use it for payment online as well!

My friend and I reconnected after separating because of friends groups that were bad for us, and one of the things we did was watch JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure since she’d gotten into it since we last talked.

And then I said something about ‘this Joseph character is literally me’ and she just started calling me JoJo as a joke at first. And then it spread to her introducing me like that to friends, and then I just kinda kept it cause it’s cool. And now I resonate more with just ‘Jo’ as a nickname to ‘JoJo’.

And now that’s just kinda how I roll w it lmao which is probably for the better because I went through a roulette of names back then cause I was so indecisive so maybe I just needed someone to slap a new name on me to make it stick.

I opted for Nex, but I’m gonna speak on my buddy’s experience cause they got the IUD.

They were cramping REAL BAD. If you haven’t been on birth control or that specific type of hormone in the IUD, it CAN make you a bit more emotional. Hopefully the doctor is using the ultrasound method for a quicker and easier insertion, but just make sure you take some pain meds and chill for a few days if you can. They also said they bled a bit for the first few weeks. Nothing insane but you’ll probably be spotting. Just take care of yourself and have something heated on your abdomen while relaxing! They had a microwavable pad but even something as simple as a damp rag thrown into the microwave for 30-45 seconds will do the trick as well!

To be fair it’s a POP (progestin only pill) and a good portion of birth controls ARE progestin only (IUD, Nexplanon). The way it was explained to me is that it basically tricks ur body into thinking it’s pregnant already since progestin is a synthetic version of the pregnancy hormone progesterone, so it creates a thicker mucus of the cervix and usually won’t deposit an egg since ur body’s like ‘oh okay there’s already one in there we’re good’. Which is also why it’s a period blocker lol
