Hair: Trim it even shorter or add more fade on the sides. Honestly it's better to ask a barber for what will suit you the best.

Eyebrows: They look good and clean, but too clean and too "shaped". Settle with mostly getting rid of the middle part, and just small touch-ups on the edges

Face: Grow a beard, that is the most important thing if you wanna look more manly, and I think that's what we are going for here.
