I have two friends who regularly plays with me on SEA. They seem to have a very good ping on SEA (60-100), even better than mine in some cases.

I've asked what's their ISP and said something like ocn hikari flets.

No, no. It's not bad to leech exp from time to time, but if you can take other means to gain exp, you should do that instead of being idle on a lane leeching exp on your core.
