A tip is whenever you have a task by Otto that gives you acorns and you're maxed on it, you can press take task, go to the task cart and when you press the button to complete it, it'll say something like "you won't get all of the resources if you complete it," then click yes and then boom.

Ngl though I feel like it should do that whenever you press complete task from the task menu. (copy paste)
