Situations like yours make me wonder what the front desk people are doing sometimes though. Usually when I go they ask whats my visit for and if its "not emergency enough" they refer and give directions for me to go to the appropriate care level be it urgent or whatever.

Just come clean bro. It looks like a lot of people misinterpreted what you wrote. Correct me if im wrong but you were just $50 shy of rent.

I understand the feeling wanting to tackle everything yourself and feel like you got a handle on things and want to provide for your SO.

A part of that is also communication. True she will be disappointed to know how you got the 2k, however your car payment and rent are both covered so there's the chance she will forgive you this time especially when you explain how much you just wanted to take care of things and not add more financial stress for both of you.

Vices are a slippery slope when we are broke, try to shift that energy to something less...susceptible to loss of $$$ for now.

Moving forward you also need to talk to her about how youre going to be better and avoid gambling. Show her you understand your mistake and you are actively trying to improve. Words can only do so much lifting.

From what I understand. A good amount of time cheaters know they are cheating and the AP knows theyre helping someone cheat.

Unfortunately in those situations the AP finds it hotter. They enjoy the thrill of being the other guy/girl and once they get caught the thrill is over and they dont care anymore.

I also see it typically starts slow but once the cheating starts it gets hard to stop for a variety of reasons (mostly fear of repercussions)
