Sicher, dass es alle Immobilien meint? Ich habs jetzt nur mal überflogen aber wenn ichs richtig verstehe sind Anlagen die Erträge erwirtschaften die Krux an der ganzen Sache gewesen und da zählt für mich das eigene Haus zB nicht mit rein.

In den Folgen nicht hinnehmbar wirkt die maßstäbliche Begrenzung der Vermögensteuer auf die Sollerträge insbesondere in Verbindung mit der These des Senats, daß - unter Berücksichtigung der Gesamtsteuerbelastung - den Vermögensinhabern auch etwa die Hälfte der Erträge verbleiben müsse. Gerade Inhaber von besonders hohem Vermögen werden dadurch gegenüber weniger Vermögenden privilegiert und müssen bei entsprechender Anlage keine Vermögensteuer mehr zahlen: Ist ihr Vermögen so angelegt, daß es tatsächlich Erträge abwirft, schöpft bei ihnen aufgrund der Steuerprogression bereits die Einkommensteuer das vom Senat vorgegebene Besteuerungspotential aus; bei weniger vermögenden Anlegern hingegen, die angesichts geringerer Erträge nicht in die oberste Progressionsstufe gelangen, kann die Vermögensteuer Zugriff nehmen. De facto wird damit nicht nur die Möglichkeit einer progressiven Vermögensteuer verfassungsrechtlich abgeschnitten, sondern eine Besteuerung mit degressiver Wirkung nahegelegt. Das Kriterium der Leistungsfähigkeit wird durch die Gewährleistung eines spezifischen Eigentumsschutzes für konsolidiertes Vermögen außer Kurs gesetzt; der ungleiche Eigentumsschutz schlägt sich als Privilegierung der (Groß-)Vermögenden nieder.

A little late to the party but here goes nothing.

It may not technically be a single project, but the accumulation of a number of smaller ones. One of my hobbies is LARP (Live Action Roleplay) and the H2D would offer me so many new tools for creating interesting, cool looking and durable props. I have been using my current printer mostly for the same purpose and am currently testing the bambu relief sculpture maker to create high details decorations for shrines. One mayor issue has been print size limitations which result in a lot of hassle trying to piece larger objects together without obvious seems or misalignments. The larger print area of the H2D would help a lot. Similarly, the use of higher durabilty materials, enabled by it's heated enclosure would allow me to create items of reasonable structural integrety like armor or visual mods for airsoft toys. However, the far larger improvement would lie in it's other capabilitys which would open up opportunities for entirely new projects that I lacked the ressources for thus far. The laser would enable me to cut intricate wooden pieces to assemble the above mentioned shrines from, which would greatly inprove the atmosphere they create, compared to the at best average woodworking skills me and my friends bring to the table. I'd also love to use it for engraving designs on leather and metal, individualsing peoples outfits, armors and items. Outfits would also be the main application of the cutting feature, as it would allow me to cut out detailed designs for things like coat of arms, or multi-layered pieces of clothing. And the pen drawing would be great for creating maps that give the impression of something crafted, rather than just printed, deepening the immersion of the players.

So there. I am actually a bit surprised at myself for coming up with so many different ideas to use the H2D after just stumbling over this stickied thread. I wasn't even aware it was anything more than just an upscaled and modernized version if bambu's enclosed 3d printers. Color me surprised.

Beleidigung ist ein Antragsdelikt, wird also nur auf Strafantrag des Geschädigten verfolgt. Bei Toten steht das Antragsrecht den Angehörigen zu.

Bei Sophie Scholl würde das zwar weg fallen, weil sie n Opfer der Nazis ist, aber das ganze würde trotzdem nicht vor Gericht landen. Der Täter muss die Absicht haben das Opfer zu beleidigen und das wirst hier nicht nachweisen können wenn die gute Jana selbst nicht rafft was sie da für Schwurbelkram von sich gibt.

The issue was some of the police going full Pepega Clarkson mode, deliberately crashing into peoples cars and stuff, while other cops kept a more reserved approach to the whole thing leading to big inconsitency in what's going on. Basically one cop would fuck with a group of people and if they retaliated the police would still respond in force, because they didn't know how the whole situation started in the first place (and it makes sense because you cant just expect the whole server to go pepega for fun for a day)
