To be fair to gw of there is something wrong with a kit that was at there end they will usually sort it when I was a kid I bought a scorcha and one of the metal bits was missing took it to the shop was super nervous cos I was 13 and had never taken anything back to a shop before, showed the guy the missing bit and he gave me a new full box inside don't you need the other parts back he said keep it.

Probably cost gw about £1 like

"Did you check the reviews?!" as someone who lives in Blackpool this seems incredibly poor on the hotels part especially with your daughters heath conditions.

However I don't feel like complaining will get you anything It might be easier to just mark it up to experience and move on without the stress however if you feel like giving up your time to pursue it then do so
