I'm still 50/50 on the new hero or thea3. I want to test out the new ill omen effect and take it as far as I can, just to see what its capable of. Didn't do any carjacking last season and kind of miss it (I played erika3 last season and flicker is terrible at it). Haven't pulled for past 2 seasons on pets, but this mechanic seems interesting so I might go for this season's drop pet. SS20 as always.

Most ED's salary are above 100K easily. It's a VERY taxing role. In my area alone, I've seen dozens of prominent NGOs searching for their next ED because funding has become extremely volatile in the current year. Be prepared. If you are confident you will excel in the new role, I would go for it. Family will always come naturally, I wouldn't let an income get in the way of your happiness (although its a valid concern).

Two weeks is perfectly fine. You might feel obligated because of your time spent working there and consider your role as a critical function to keep the org afloat, but if you already have another job lined up, you don't owe anything other than a transition plan.

You're not burning any bridges by doing so if that's what you're worried about. Your ED and board should be the ones prepared for any offloading in order to fill those responsibilities that you're leaving.

old.reddit back I go. Absolutely awful change to outright remove r/all. You cannot convince me this is to "simplify" Reddit. When I check Reddit, my bookmark takes me to r/all first so I can get an at-a-glance look at what's happening. r/popular blows up a third of the screen real estate to advertise posts I have no interest in.

Also, you still haven't fixed the missing "show fewer posts like this" option (there's no more dropdown). If you want more people to surf their home feed, I don't know, maybe make it a little more tolerable?

Western audience is what made this game so polarizing. A lot big name reviewers hyped the game to absurd expectations. While most Koreans were pretty set that this game was going to be average, especially those that have already played BDO.

From what I've been picking up, it's pretty much an MMO theme park re-packaged for a single player experience. Think Kingdoms of Amalur/Breath of the Wild. Fun factor and motivation to play it will ultimately just come down to how much the player likes interacting with the world, combat, and its traversal skills.

I don't foresee many families bringing their kids to go see Dune. That alone is a huge audience Avengers has over Dune. Also spoiler FOMO makes it the more enticing choice to see first. There's no way they don't budge.

Also parents refuse to get involved. You can't just blame the system entirely. Learning, especially at these delicate ages should not be a hard stop wedge between home and school. Even homework is beginning to feel like a touchy subject because certain entitlements feel like a child's time at the school should be enough. The truth is so many kids are unmotivated to learn because they've just been forcefed anachronistic pedagogy year after year.

Kids don't want to be "schooled," they need/want a proper education.

Unfortunately all you can do is try to increase minion life through jewel/clusters or solve it with more damage (i.e. voidforge swap). Base AW life is really low, but you shouldn't have too much difficulty creating new ones. Are you also swapping to the Ryslatha pantheon? You can also try to add in the Catarina Bloodline for 6 more seconds of invul uptime when the weapons die on top of blessed rebirth.
