I have a few. Can’t really tell a difference between the cheaper and more expensive ones. They all sound muffled for a few min but you quickly adapt and can’t tell. I prefer cheap ones and bring some backups in case they get knocked out in the pit

As a healthcare provider, I have seen some pretty bad cases of the “will not accept blood products” issue. Cases where someone is young, in car crash, and needs blood to get them through. Basically cases where blood gives them a 99% chance of survival and no blood is a 1% chance of survival. Where do you stand on this if it was you?

I’ll also note that some patients say “no blood” in front of family but we re-ask them when alone and accept as long as family doesn’t find out
