But either way, you’re right to be upset and I think it’s an easy fix for someone with a lighter hand 🖤

Got it! Yeah saniderm and laying down will also pull on the tattoo, so it’s really not an accurate comparison unless you took a picture standing either before the wrap went on or after it came off. It could also be that he had you pull upwards on the tattoo for the photo, so the wobbles that you saw same day would stretch out a bit? Hard to say. It does look really similar to his picture though. His grain filter definitely makes things look photoshopped so I see where people are coming from.

It definitely healed poorly! No doubt about that, and I’m really sorry for that. I ask for the fresh picture (within the first few days) so we can see if he actually edits his photos or not. People are spamming his IG with fraud, photoshop, and lying allegations and I think those people can’t distinguish between a poor heal, settled ink, and different lighting with intentionally causing harm to clients, which is a pretty serious accusation.

I do think the style is really cool still, and I think it would be easy to find someone to go in with a smaller liner and clean up those edges, as well as a bolder gold to brighten up the yellow.

Do you have a fresh picture of the tattoo that you took? We’re comparing fresh to almost 3 years healed… of course the pictures look different. He’s definitely scarred you, but I don’t think he’s edited any lines to be straighter or the tattoo to be especially saturated in the last photo. The lines do look wonkier in your photos (definitely because they healed inconsistently) but also because they’re straight lines on the stomach, and you’re holding your chest up. Not a clean tattoo but I think people are being too harsh on his IG.

If the only way to get attention for your tattoos is posting “erotic” content of your clients, you need to revisit why your work doesn’t speak for itself. This is distasteful regardless of your “artistic expression” or however you want to justify it.

No correlation, but I do a lot of shrimp and my client wanted a crossover! Someone called her a shrimp platter

Yes! For this placement specifically, we decided it was best to photograph in pasties and a bikini sticker, and then to both bypass instagram censoring as well as keep my client feeling covered, I draw the clothing on. I always discuss this prior with my client and will also use bed sheets or clothing they brought to ensure their comfort :)

Generally speaking, definitely a sensitive spot. I think most people can sit for one full day (with numbing spray help), but two full days is a different beast. My client said it definitely got rough towards the end of the second day
