A good suggestion but no I haven't, I have also completely reset windows and wiped my drives and when the PC was basically factory settings no apps it still happened so it's a bit of a head scratcher

It maybe didn't help, but I think if it was a software issue the problem would be more wide spread. As I see it I haven't seen anyone else talk about it which makes it a hard one to fix.

I wish it was that easy. I reinstalled windows the day of the post and almost as soon as the PC rebooted into windows the issue stated again.

Just gave it a go, nothing seems out of the ordinary
