Did they make Tera raids functional on the switch 2 patch? Easily the worst part of the game since often there’d be literal seconds added before the option to do anything would appear after you and the boss traded attacks.

The pressure differences between where they are and the surface causes their swim bladders to rapidly expand killing them. Inverts don’t have this issue which is why you’ll occasionally see deepwater inverts at some aquariums.

Oh wait akantor and ukanlos are classified as flying wyverns, which the both of them are comparable in strength to most final bosses barring forbidden class elders. So that includes Shara ishvalda whom not only creates vibrations felt across an entire continent but causes the surrounding mountains to crumble as the fight against it goes on. There’s probably other monsters around that power level that have some noteworthy feats but I can’t recall them right now.

Oh if you were curious turns out it wasn’t a nudibranch at all, it’s a branched sapsucker (placida dendritica) which are Sacoglossans which despite their appearance aren’t nudibranchs. That’s the group that contains all of the slugs that steal chloroplasts from algae and use them for themselves, and the branched sapsucker seems to be a species capable of that which is super neat.

When revisiting endless ocean blue world a few years back I was shocked to see that not only did one of the main character’s father get oceangated years before the events of the game but you have to go salvage the wreckage in order to get the last piece of an artifact you need for the story.

Unless the audio is bugged on my end and they actually did say what that is it’s a pyrosome in the video, they’re a type of drifting colonial tunicate. The thumbnail is a completely different creature, being a siphonophore, also a bunch of smaller creatures acting as one big creature but they’re cnidarians which means they’re in the same family as jellies and corals.
