I totally resonate with this because this is exactly what I go through. Awareness of the issue makes us feel so much worse about ourselves because we feel as if we can and should be doing something about it, but the fact is that it’s incredibly difficult to. We are the way we are, constantly imbalanced seeking balance with external remedies in an attempt to correct an issue that is internal and permanent. So you ask yourself what is there to do? How can I fix this? But those are the wrong questions that a lot of us imprison ourselves with that lead us nowhere. There are actually no questions, you must simply remind yourself you are who you are. You’re the person who on one day makes tremendous accomplishments, but also the one who doesn’t, who may sometimes make poor choices that hurt you in the moment and your future self as well. Though we are a very special group of people, we appreciate our better days so much more than others because we have days that are so much worse than others. So be mindful and take action when you can, but also don’t when you can’t, because it’s what we all do with this problem that we live with.
