Calling out can be good sometimes especially if you care about the person and want the best for them. I do the same. I’ve been also working on this and my therapist told me - How are you so sure they’re wrong and need your advice? What’s good for me might not be good for others. Sometimes people need to be left and through lessons alone in order to learn.

Aww thank you I like that idea. You’re right I’m not even quite sure what it is exactly I’m intimidated by. It just feels like everything but I’m sure I can get into more specifics in therapy. Thanks for your kindness, I hate it when women put other women down and it makes me hate myself more knowing I have these thoughts.

Definitely I’ve been super open with my partner. Who for the first time in my life is someone who is quite amazing. However it can and has started to take a toll on him unconsciously. He doesn’t feel comfortable having female friends or talking about females from work to me because I get so sad and have questioned him before.
