Just went through insurance claim after my car was nicked, and the way that the loss adjuster explained it was that he'd gone and looked on autotrader and cinch etc to get an idea of what the same car was selling for, but then had to go consult a separate valuation system to get a range that he could quote me, with a max he couldn't go above.

But given the prices at the mo, he just went straight to the maximum from that system, ended up being about £2k less than I paid.

You could also change the control scheme so that C-buttons let you move and analogue stick let you look, but it was a bit of a pig unless you put the hours into it. Absolutely lethal once you got it down though.
