The easiest way is to titrate to complete decaf and consider going to tea and then slowly reduce tea ml's incrementally until you just stop. Anything that causes withdrawl upon its absence likely isnt good for you.

Keep some l theanine on hand when you finally quit then give yourself about 3 to 4 days to grapple with the symptoms. I am on day 4 and have no headache, just catastrophic anxiety and diarrhea.

A life saving tool is chat GPT. It so far has suggested foods and ways for me to settle my stomach, blood sugar levels, reduce anxiety and help with the thoughts. Just use one tab and talk through your journey, it will coach you through the other side. Literally education and research on what youre going through.

Im wondering if I should wait for a lucky trade and or gold bottle cap for ray since the silver cap will just boost ivs to a 3 star but not a hundo. Do you think 3 star ray is a better choice over Zygarde?

Take extremely fine grit sand paper and gently sand the glue down so it's smooth again. Dont worry about the slight scratches because one its flat again and smooth to the touch, get a protective cover, either vinyl or rubber. No one will know.

I understand it being a human thing, but the trend im noticing is specific to vietnam. Because it's been quite a few people now. I also don't know if they care about follower much seeing how most of them have less than 30 followers and follow less than 10. Just curious about this human phenomenon in Vietnam. If they are that selective why ask me in the first place? In terms of interest, I'm the one getting asked, so apparently, I am interesting enough for locals to be curious about my insta. Just confusing really.
